Searching Members

Quickly locate members by searching across multiple fields including names, email addresses, phone numbers, membership IDs, and officer positions. Search results display matched content with visual highlighting.

Accessing the Search Page

Navigate to the Members Overview page, then click the Search button in the Member Actions card.

Searching for Members

Enter a search term into the search field and click Search. Results will display all members matching your query across multiple fields.

Viewing Search Results

Search results are displayed in a table showing the member name, a highlighted excerpt of the matching content, and membership information including officer position. Click the View Profile button to access the full member profile.

Tips

• Search multiple fields - Queries search member names, email addresses, phone numbers, membership IDs, officer positions, and member notes simultaneously
• Case-insensitive - Search is case-insensitive, so “jose”, “JOSE”, and “Jose” all return the same results
• Partial matches - Search finds partial matches, so searching “albay” will find “Albayeros”
• Membership numbers - Search by membership number to quickly locate specific members
• Officer titles - Find members by their officer position like “Grand Knight” or “Treasurer”
